Our Mission
Trans-Continental Freedom is dedicated to empowering LGBTQIA individuals, minorities, and women by helping them escape unsafe environments and rebuild in a supportive community. Our mission is driven by three core pillars: relocation support, resource navigation, and community building.
Relocation Support
-
We provide safe transportation from point A to point B on your relocation journey, but we go much further than that as well.
-
TCF will assist with finding and securing temporary housing in your destination of choice, and can provide support with initial essentials, such as groceries.
-
TCF offers additional assistance post-relocation, assisting you with job searching and connecting you with local resources in your destination city.
-
After relocation is said and done, and you are stretching your wings in this new chapter of life, you will always have the supportive TCF community behind you,
